According to the provisions of law (art. 59, paragraph E, Legislative Decree 21/2/2014), the Buyer may, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the package containing the ordered goods, withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty and without any reason by contacting customer service. To make a return, the Buyer must send an email to info@galde.it specifying the reference order number received in the confirmation email, the details of the product they intend to return, and the return form found at this link.
By exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with this article, within the terms and according to the procedures described below for the return of products, the Buyer may obtain a refund of the amount paid for the products returned to the central warehouse, by re-crediting the corresponding amount to their credit card or via bank transfer.
Pursuant to Article 67, paragraph 3, of the Italian Consumer Code, return shipping costs will be borne exclusively by the Buyer. Galdé will refund the customer the full amount already paid for the product within 14 days of receiving the return form containing the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Galdé may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or until the Buyer has demonstrated that they have shipped the goods back. The refund will be made by reversing the amount debited to the Credit Card or by Bank Transfer using the bank details (IBAN code of the invoice holder) provided by the Buyer in the Return Form. Products must be strictly returned to Galdé in their substantial integrity, with their original packaging, accessories, instructions for use, and anything else supplied with them, in conditions suitable for resale. Please note that packages sent at the recipient's expense will not be accepted.
